Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it into its original shipping box with all components, tools, and manuals included to ensure safe transit.

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.
